That's true! For me, music has this unexplainable energy that can cure the worst of moods and help the worst of situations make sense. It elevates my concentration levels and makes me forget about all the problems in the world. Research shows that 90 per cent of the population listens to music roughly 32.1 hours a week! Mind-blowing stats, I must say.

Music has a way of moulding itself into the way you feel. Ever noticed how the lyrics you've listened to a thousand times before actually start making sense if you listen to them when you're feeling happy or sad or depressed or angry? Your brain understands the words according to your situation. You'll resonate more with an upbeat song if you're happy and cheerful, or with sad or emotional songs when you're angry or heartbroken. Though, in all honesty, love songs and songs about heartbreak are prominent these days.

Music is therapeutic in ways beyond our understanding. I could tell you what it does scientifically, but it won't matter unless you listen to music yourself and form your own opinion about it. The image below should be proof enough that your life is music! You can control your life just the way you can control your music.

Music is my lifeline. My life is colourful and magical because of it. If you don't believe me, try it out yourself. I dare you! Bet you're gonna be addicted just like the 90 per cent global population in a matter of hours. With that being said, why don't you go scroll through your playlist and relax now?
